About the Healthcare Talent Development Program
Program Design
Program snapshot
Designed for healthcare professionals who already hold clinical or allied-health qualifications, and want to convert that foundation into demonstrable, employer-ready competency.
Six Pillars of the Curriculum
Orientation to international hospital hiring standards, credential recognition pathways, and workplace expectations across target destination markets.
English-medium clinical communication, patient interaction protocols, documentation standards, and healthcare ethics grounded in professional and cultural best practice.
CV and portfolio development, mock hospital interviews, credential verification support, and direct exposure to recruiter expectations.
One-on-one mentorship from healthcare and talent-development practitioners, paired with hands-on laboratory practice throughout the three-month cycle.
How It Runs
Month 1
Core clinical and allied-health skills refresh, lab-based practice, and AI-powered baseline talent assessment at ITBI, CUET.
Month 2
Scenario-based clinical practice, professional communication and ethics training, and structured mentorship sessions.
Month 3
Mock interviews, portfolio and CV finalization, hospital recruitment preparation, and career-pathway counselling.
