WHAT THIS PROGRAM DELIVERS

From Classroom Readiness to Global Placement

The Healthcare Talent Development Program is a structured, three-month hybrid pathway for healthcare professionals seeking to convert clinical training into industry-ready, internationally competitive careers. Delivered jointly by the World Talent Economy Forum Institute (WTEFI) and ITBI, CUET, the program combines applied skills training, professional and ethical grounding, AI-assisted competency assessment, and structured support through hospital recruitment, visa processing, and job placement.
THE OPPORTUNITY
Closing the Global Healthcare Talent Gap
Health systems worldwide are labor-intensive by nature, and their capacity to deliver care depends directly on the availability of trained, deployable professionals. The World Health Organization projects a global shortfall of roughly 11 million health workers by 2030, concentrated most heavily in low- and lower-middle-income countries — a gap driven less by a lack of trained individuals than by weak bridges between education, certification, and employment. Bangladesh, with a large pool of healthcare graduates and a fast-growing regional and international demand for skilled clinical and allied-health staff, is well positioned to convert this global shortage into a structured career and export opportunity — provided graduates are equipped with industry-aligned skills, professional communication capability, and a credible pathway into recruitment.

About the Healthcare Talent Development Program

This program is designed specifically for healthcare professionals who already hold clinical or allied-health qualifications and want to convert that foundation into demonstrable, employer-ready competency. Rather than repeating classroom theory, the curriculum concentrates on the practical, communicative, and procedural skills that hospitals and international recruiters actually screen for — supported by hands-on laboratory access and structured mentorship throughout.
